No. She hasn't been seen much, but Carol first showed up about 3 years ago.

rbdal34: PHB thinks Carol put the insulting "DOPE" because that also happens to be the abbreviation of his title. Her saying she didn't even know that that was his title means she deliberately put "dope" on his business card... That, and PHB's apparent oblivion of Carol's opinion of him makes it funny.By the way, is this the introduction of Carol?
