That's not a matter of ethics. That's a matter of defect in the part of your manager's brain which is responsible for learning from cause/effect.

I worked for a manager who would do that. He got mad at me when I refused to do it anymore. It really wasn't in my job description either. No F'ing ethics. REITS!
