I love how somebody makes a slightly amusing observation and everyone down-votes it and informs the user "That wasn't the joke". Nobody could not get this joke, Naria and SirXar never implied they didn't get it, and the people who tried to look smart correcting them have ended up looking extremely stupid.

She wasn't hitting on alice, she was merely looking at some direction due to a HOT flash (menopause). Then in 3rd window, she was cold again. The JOKE is that she'll be located near the thermostat (that which controls the hot/cold in the building) and will most likely be CONSTANTLY !$%*!$%*! the temperature based on her flashes.
