To Tina, everything her co-workers do is a disrespect to herself. Maybe Dilbert didn't like last week's answer and thought he'd try for a different answer. Maybe Dilbert wanted to catch Tina giving a different answer and publicly ridicule her for being inconsistent ... etc. There's no reason to assume anything except that Dilbert just forgot. But Tina reads too much into these situations.
