Scott! Has a teenager planned this new website? because only teenagers would prefer bells n whistles over real stuff (i.e. the story of dilbert). I don't think a person like you would underestimate the power of simplicity of expression!
This new format is a mess. I can't see the full strip. I've come here everyday for years. It's not worth the headache to navigate this new page. My husband designs new set-ups all the time and tests them on me-- if I can figure them out anyone can. This is something he'd redesign.
I'm sorry, I've tried very hard to like the new design. I am responsible for a few websites myself and I know that sometimes it's just a matter of time until people get used to what you've done...but the Sunday strip is really the final straw...having to scroll around the 4x2 strip to see it in a 3x1 window is an utter pain and destroys the meaning of the strip. Surely the strip is the thing that generates the traffic here and if that doesn't work the whole thing fails.
I've visited dilbert.com every day for as long as I can recall but at this point I can't see that continuing. Time to pull the Beta I think.
