One of my favorite Wally strips. The magazine is one I could see a couple of the Wallys I know reading a lot.

Maybe sometime there could be a strip or series with an anti-Wally, kind of like the Dilbert from another dimension? Maybe mix it with an alternate dimension PHB?

I loved it! The final frame with Wally screaming passionately about something (for once) really caught me off guard. And it's funny how the periodicals can get so absurd, for just about any special interest group. Sitting There is barely hyperbole. I bet there's at least a website somewhere that deals with it.
