Ahh... I know that I have been busy lately but... Wasn't this exact strip (with some minor frame changes) already done a couple months ago? What is different? Well, first frame has TED feels that his head will explode because he is so busy... PHB shows up saying 'TED one more thing'. SAME FRAME AS A FEW MONTHS AGO. The second frame this week show his head exploding... original just shows a KABOOM! over a cubical wall which I found more acceptable. The LAST FRAME is identical... but with the PHB looks like he was in an explosion (more effective).

I am a little disappointed in todays strip... I beleive in recycling but I found the first release of this GAG to be more effective.

Although its a very simple strip it is actually quite funny. I'm that situation on a weekly basis...I only wish my head could actually explode!

tk is kinda right - people are popping all the time due to stress - not funny at all.

It would be funnier if Ted just threatened to pop, but when given an extra assignment that just "has to be done, but don't let it interfere with your other projects", he can clone himself, stop time or whatever.

Heh! I just got inspired to a new stripe - like this:
1) PHB tells Wally to give input to yet another project, "but don't let it interfere with any of your other projects!"
2) Wally clones himself in order to make it.
3) Wally takes newly made Wally-clone to cubicle, stuffed up with Wally-clones, all just sitting around with a mug - "now, work away like the rest of the gang!" Wally tells the new clone.
