For your contemplation- cattle come in both polled (no horn) and horned breeds irrespective of sex. Many of the horned are de-horned under anesthesia in the early stages of life so that the horns do not injure their fellow animals and people- trust me it hurts when a horned cow tries to cuddle you out of curiosity. Your local 4-H agent can help you with animal identification....
I look at this cow supervior as a less femine type- the more "butch" of the female supervisor.....
