That sounds about right. Only... when you've used consultants and later try the process yourself in-house, it's rarely as effective. So they must be doing something right. What exactly? Dunno. A wizard did it.

My CS lecture introduced Scott's cartoon to us, since then, I am in love with his Dilbert. However, as a Chinese, sometimes I don't get his jape, it occasionally get too native to American people and not make much sense in other culture.
