@KevinKunreuther Because in reality there are thousands of Teds that all look identical to the next. They can be laid off for years and still be there. btw I'm 100% serious. watch the old dilbert cartoons (not the animations) search youtube

My dept moved only 11 !$%*! to a new office (leaving HQ). It was semi-lateral, so for many it was about an extra 5 !$%*! (for some, the full 11; for me and a couple others it was about 5 !$%*! less). I'm amazed grown engineers would whine so much about a few !$%*!. With better condition roads, too!
