Some characters, red33410, are more tubular or columnar than phallic. PHB is like a mushroom. Wally is like a blunt or cigar. Dilbert is either a sea monkey or an asparagus. Dogbert and Catbert are like volleyballs. Ted Everyman has the flathead so he's like a walking dowel. And on and on. Today's character really looks like a penis, a really impotent penis.

Most of the characters in the Dilbert comic are phallic in appearance. Wally, intentionally or otherwise, is one of the most phallic in appearance of characters in this stip. *shrug*

Notice that that Dogbert's client is an angry but impotent phallic symbol - was that character design intentional or a happy accident?
