I agree with purple. This is fascism running amok in every corner of the globe. There will be a time when comics like this won't even be permitted. Constitution? WHAT Constitution???

Perhaps I'm turning into Wally, but in my experience these 'corporate code of conduct' are just stupid, treat the employees like idiots and restrict your freedom. From an engineer's point of view they say do your job and don't embarrass the company. Which is why Wally is avoiding signing it and behaving stupid.

This is like "The Aristocrats" of the Dilbert Sunday strips.
The joke can be condensed to the first panel and last panel, but is so much richer and funnier because of the in between six panels.
Code of Conduct is definitely a top five Dilbert comic of all time.
