I recently started working in the IT unit for a police department. I''ve already learnt that an expression like this is taken quite literally around here. Plus, in previous jobs, I used to refer to some systems as "bullet-proof"... I don't use that phrase any more. ;-)

You're probably right, but wouldn't it be cool if I was eerily close?on another note...
Do ya ever wonder, does Scott have a secret identity on his own site? Commenting along right beside us? influencing our thoughts, and maybe explaining some of the finer details of his own comics while hiding behind the guise of just some other person?
I know if I had a site like this I'd do that.

MoonKing, I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that Scott already has tomorrow's strip done, what with it needing to be shipped off to every newspaper on the continent to be integrated into their layout, and all... :-)

Excellent interpretation of a common idiom. Nice work Scott!Might I suggest something along the lines of having him full of holes for the next strip? Possibly on a date explaining why he's full of holes, and how he's still alive despite them?
