I love continuity errors.
The best one of all time happened at the end of an episode of Dallas, Barbara Bel Geddes as "Miss Ellie" announces tearfully to the family (the camera) that "Jock Ewing" died in a plane crash. Meanwhile, protruding from the top of the shot is a boom mic in full view.
