"It appears the PHB is a graduate of the Obama School of Economics - IF I DON'T SEE IT, IT CAN'T BE MY FAULT!!!! "

I guess you must pull your head out of a hole, too... Pleas consider washing your hair when you got it out.

What gets me is a congressman or senator saying that they will work hard for us in Washington but when we see them they are asleep on the debate floor. Just what do they call work? Who knows.

Again, this stuff is analogous with the Federal government. They enact a policy to "fix" some problem in society, and as the problem is merely exacerbated BY the policy, they keep throwing more money, create more programs and bureaucratic policies as anyone with a brain can see that it's all making matters worse. There are several hundred pointy-haired-bosses in Washington, DC with their collective heads stuck in a place where I can't say here, and they don't CARE if the country literally goes down the tubes. All they care is that they can tell their "constituents" that they are TRYING to "help" them, and more often than not, they can count on their votes on election day.

This is so funny -- and so sad -- because this is EXACTLY what's happening in my small company right now.

* Our UIs are confusing and inconsistent across the family of products
* The docs were written by geeks, not for "mere mortals" and have never been kept up to date
* Online support database? What's that?
* The product development manager and the CEO are in their "special places"
