Another pedantic comment, the second box shows the two chaps are looking to sit down on the boulders with a rather large mountain in the background, but yet in the final box, the mountain is gone! COMPLETELY

These three squares are well designed and feature a classic green-ground/blue-sky motif. The Dogbert character provides the punch line. That is my comment.

I believe it's Daylight Savings Time. I'll wager he lives in SoCal, where the beach, the mountains, the countryside, the desert, the suburbs and the big city are no more than hour's drive from each other
