The economist is a cross between the PHB and Wally. Note the three hairs on the top of his head and the hair on the side of his head makes smaller points, the proof is in the first (like PHB) and second (easy to count the three hairs) panels.

Of course there's always the fourth option that time started five minutes ago with memories implanted into your head and the economy is now stronger than it has ever been since the dawn of time. This calls for a shopping spree.
