Catbert is my hero and i'm proud of PHB for making a smart decision

Here's something evil he could do. Start a rumor that there's going to be a mass layoff and make sure no one knows it came from him. Send a memo to the office that the entire office needs to appear somewhere for a big important meeting and not give any details. Start another rumor that's where people will be laid off. When the employees show up for the meeting, start a video feed of PHB and Catbert eating their lunches. Did i mention when the meeting is over, that's when lunch starts?
