Just get the feeling that Wally's quote in the third section of the strip could have been better though I myself can't think of one!

A possible outcome in a current Wally vs Dogbert showdown would be that Dogbert would arrange for Wally to be the Chairman of The Board, thus, be his official rubber stamp. Wally wouldn't know or care about the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and would be happy to "sit back" and lead the Board giving the nod to Dogbert's actions, as long as he got his cut, a comfy cushion, and a coffee machine.
