This guy is almost perfect for upper management! PHB needs to watch his back.
He's full of theories and has no experience with the real world practicalities of the work being done. All he's lacking is a Six-Sigma Black Belt. If he takes that course, then he can fire all the knowledgeable, experienced people working there and hire a bunch of clueless theorists like himself for half the pay and get a quarter of the productivity.
