The Circle Jerks? One of the greatest !$%*!$%* punk bands ever! Their first long player album was barely fifteen minutes long (before the era of the compact discs kiddies). The second album was even longer. If one of their songs was over a minute long it was considered a mini-opera. Unbelievable band that keeps coming back just when the candle is about to be snuffed out.
BTW, this is a nice subtle dirty joke at PHB, today, I imagine most readers won't get it until fellow co-workers explain it to them. That's part of the fun of this strip, it's almost like audience participation.
