Well, KevinKuneuther, it's rather a big assumption on your part that I have trouble with cartoons. If I did, I wouldn't like Dilbert so much. I also have absolutely no idea what you're talking about when you refer to Mary Worth, Apt 3-G, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, not having come from a country where these terms are common parlance, so whatever point you were trying to make is entirely lost on me.

Anyway, I never said I had a problem with all the stuff with Dogbert, Catbert, dinosaurs and so on. I just think satire is more effective and funnier when it features real people (or caricatures thereof), so omnipotent talking dogs with glasses don't do a whole lot for me. I just feel that actually having Dogbert running Dilbert's company has crossed a line that shouldn't have been crossed. Sorry if expressing my personal comedic tastes offended you in any way.
