1.) Asok has learned much from his mentor Wally. He stabbed verbally Ted three times right in the heart - the renters were smart after all, now he can afford to buy Ted's (trash mansion) home for dimes on the dollar, then the insincere apology.
2.) I'm wondering If Scott originally wrote this with Wally , then had a brainstorm and changed it to Asok, making it even funnier.
3.) Amazing, Dilbert is now a prop in his own strip, he's just standing there, no comment, no anvils falling on his head, metaphorically speaking, no judgments, his presence just sorta adds balance. Perhaps Scott should do a month of Dilbert where Dilbert says or does nothing to see if anyone notices.
Ahhh...the student has become the teacher. Years ago, people who were renting were upset that the "dream" may be passing them by because they couldn't "afford" payments on a house now may be too gun-shy to buy a house for fear that its value may drop even further. Well done, Scott! It's going to be harder-than-usual to top you today!
