That's what you call hitting the nail on the head. 'Benefit of doubt' & 'guesswork' is what gets us through our daily work lives. Damn spreadsheets, damn presentations, damn documentations; if an IT guy does this who will work or solve the IT problems? PHB said it well about 'best practices'.
