Reminds me of "The Shroud of Wally" cartoon. Also, there is already a Wally book ("What would Wally do?"). Wally might clash with Dogbert for global domination next ;-).
As for "stress killed both of [Wally's] parents", I'll bet bringing Wally into this world will have been stressful enough...
