Have any of you every wondered why Dilbert's tie is always in an !$%*!$% condition whilst all others (e.g. PHB, Wally, et al) all have their ties in a more relaxed condition? Is this an indication that Dilbert is:
1. Under such a large amount of stress that it even shows in this tie
2. He is aroused (as only an Engineer can) by his work
3. He has work the same tie for so long that it is dirty, stiff, and bent in that direction

@ auburnhaired: It's a means to an end. If Wally can convince PHB that he doesn't have anything useful to contribute to meetings, maybe PHB will stop making him attend them. A little work once could help him to avoid the ongoing tedium - and even Wally knows the value of investing in himself. In fact, what else WOULD he ever invest his time in?
