Dilbert must work for a defense comtractor.
In my last (before I resigned) appraisal I was downgraded in leadership for lack of "strategic thinking".
"Strategic thinking" in my instance was pointing out the defective specs and useless plans to build the useless trash ordered by the pentagon.
That brand of “leadership†is the standard for the US defense industry.
