One good reason for "believing" this week is that if an issue is made of Wally's performance, the question will be raised of "why is six weeks okay, but not seven?" PHB certainly wouldn't want *that* discussed at the next PHB circle j... uh... meeting. Best just to leave it alone to cover up your own poor performance. Once again Wally hits the nail on the head.
