Whiile you two English lit. majors are disagreeing, I don't think Alice should have used "use" bur rather chosen "see"

red33410: Using "who" as a relative pronoun when speaking about a person is perfectly acceptable, and is generally considered the standard. There are instances of authors (Chaucer, for example) using "that" instead of "who", but they are the exception rather than the rule. Basically, feel free to use either.
