The good ol' "Do as I say, not as I do" principle at work in the corporate world....If you liked the strip, please share WHY you liked it, not just say "great work! brilliant comic! blah blah...." BORING!

Brilliant - working in HR, I can use so many DILBERT comics to illustrate different topics, here for example, that the Leading By Example-strategy can backfire if the leader himself sets bad examples.
