How come Wally gets to make such big decisions? Has he finally stepped into PHB's shoes?
And seeing ERP comments reminds me of how a lot of clients are realizing the high costs of such software sold to them by a famous 6-letter cOmpany (which is mostly to replace 'legacy' & seemingly more expensive software of a famous 3-letter company)
