@rigid: This new work load philosophy will mean Wally has to print 2 pages a week rather than 1, Wally will believe this is unfair and cruel and he is secretly plotting his revenge :)

In time, manager become too lazy and lost connection real life working issues.They start to see illusions that they are kind of super beings, just because they can give orders.
As a result they start to speak like idiots and lost all the respect of their crew.
