Doesn't have to be a feminazi to be both overbearing and jealously dysfunctional. Just about any baby boomer in a seniority position will act that way.

Actually I love this one - a delicious progression to an illogical extreme, with a fine new evil catchphrase to round it off. Also notice the gradual change in the PHB's expression and hasty exit as it dawns on him what a monster he's unwittingly unleashed.

Huh-uh. The real punchline here is frame #3. The remaining frames are quite trivial. The last frame isn't comical at all.
