Wally is one of those guys who could have easily become a CEO if he wanted to. However, he has found a sweet spot in his current role where he can draw a regular paycheque without bothering too much about the work that he is supposed to do. After all, being paid to do nothing is an irresisitible offer!

At my first office job, I shared with 2 other people, on 3 different occasions. On my next job I worked in an open office area with many other people. After that, I always had a cubicle to myself. But strangely enough, I was much more distracted in the 1 person per cubicle situation. In groups, people interacted with each other and they were much more considerate.
