Dear GOD... he's been watching my work. This is pretty much how they tell me to sell (Warranties, Service plans, Repair plans, Protection Plans- choose your own term, they can't seem to.) long live sales.

Only job I ever walked away from mid-shift: Cold Sales. (you know the type: trying to sell overpriced perfume in the parking lot of a grocery store, mall, Radio Shack,...)

Following the privatization of the giant French state communication provider, France Telecom, some of their engineers were transferred to call centers. There were some tragic events, and resignation of top brass. Perhaps they should have hired Dilbert as consultant.

That's a well-thought sales script.However Dilbert managed to pick the least likely customer (Dilbert Mom).
