@dan639 - You may very well be right. I strongly suspect that the manufacturer of these 'all-in-ones' (i.e. printer cum scanner cum copier) is a company called Cybernetics Corporation. If anyone sees a 6 ft tall Austrian strutting around on a Harley dressed in all black with a shotgun in his hand and speaking only in monosyllables, please raise an alarm ASAP!@jagat5 - 'Percussive maintenance'? That was a really good one :D
