In construction, there's always the excuse of ecountering unexpected difficulties and challenges, weather conditions, hard ground etc
But, how can tech companies get away with this?
Since some of you admit you had the real experience, mind telling us how the seller justified the increase in price?

@ bashar327: to give the customer a good feeling about the trade, but at the end of the term the cost will be higher then ever invoiced.
