It might be a little informal, but "Here're" is the grammatically correct contraction. You just don't hear it too often because most people are lazy and just say "Here's" no matter what's grammatically correct. (Also, I notice my browser's spellchecker just flagged "Here're" but not "Here's" in this comment.)
C'mon @ lemon_of_doom, Tic Tacs didn't complain when, in The Simpsons, Miss Krabappel said of Bart, "He replaced my birth control pills with Tic Tacs." Why should they get on their high horse now? The two "K" sounds in the brand name make it a natural for punch lines, a fact the company will just have to live with.
