I love panel four, seeing Wally in action through his inaction. You wouldn't think being aggressively unhelpful is possible, but in that one panel Wally manages to pull it off.

This happens all the time at my company. We hire an intern, milk all the work and "smarts" we can out of them, never promote them, and then when they leave we are screwed because nobody can do their job!
