If Wally is involved in creating the duct pressure carcass propeller, will it get made? Can he overcome his aversion to anything resembling work for the sake of a project of passion? If he does will he ever be the same again?

My guess is that PHB will return when Phil, the Prince of Insufficient Light resurrects him from the infernal realms on the grounds that there is only room for one Satan in Hell.
