But if the two additional people are proved to be helpful after those three months, then this meeting wouldn't be a waste.That would make BOTH the meeting and those two people useful.

Alex that isn't entirely true. Bureaucracy makes countless decisions usually involving what goes to committee and who is on the committee. The problem is committee's can't even decide whether they should have doughnuts/cookies with coffee, decaff, or juice.
