The seventh panel is definitively what I'd call "dead time". Five stars.

This seems like one situation where the planets align and everyone does their job right and it still led to disaster. Think about it:-Marketing did their job right by sending the script to engineering 3 months before the commercial was made and getting approval before making the video.
-Engineering did their job right by actually watching the video and trying to make corrections.
-Wally did his job right by reading the script and commenting in what he thought was the appropriate way.
This company is just screwed no matter what they do.
