The Atlantic is a very big ocean.. the amount of statue we put in it is tiny in relation to the total water volume.. CAN I HAVE MY LIFE BACK PLEASE?!?

Furthermore, fish food in that volume would cause pretty bad eutrophication in the Upper Bay.
The results wouldn't be much better than crude of the same amount.

The joke is he admitted responsibility but said it wasn't important because the statue was old and that it wouldn't harm the environment because it was made of fish food. In other words he admitted responsibility and lied about the effects in a very obvious way.
