My old company was better. I noticed that one year that all the things that were reported negatively on the previous year's survey were gone. That is one way to solve a problem
The Senior leader of our division looked at the poor survey results of this year and compared them to the economy (which is in the toilet). His conclusion? These results are exactly what he'd expect in an economy such as this. No need to change anything, everything is copacetic. ie. his employees are reacting to the economy and how they are struggling in their own lives, and one would expect corporate survey results to look this way.
I'm not saying I agree with it, but it wasn't the response I would have expected.
HR showed up yesterday to discuss the last survey. Of course I emailed the strip to her. No need to be anonymous, they know who the troublemaker is. =!8^)
