Management has just announced that it's going to lay-off its technical staff after transitioning the workload to the outsourcing company. Management is the arrow-shooter, while the technical staff is the monkey. Telling time represents all the basic functions that need to be done between the announcment and the completion of the transition. PHB's only solution is to ask the monkey and hope he doesn't hold a grudge.
