Just an offbeat peripheral visual observation: This angle gives an unmistakable perspective on Wally's tonsorial qualifications for management. A word or two to his hairdresser, and he'd ease right into that pointy-haired style. The question, though, is this: Should he make the change before or after the promotion?

@Fleeb, that's what I was talking about.. According to Steve-o, that shorting problem can happen with other smartphone models because they use the same antenna design. He demonstrated that with various different models, showing how the signal strength changed by how the thing was held.

@ewood: other smartphones lose their signals when you block their signal (for example, try reading the signal inside an elevator), and the latest iPhone , in addition to that (which is physically normal, lose signal when you short the antennae. How hard is that to understand?
