Dilbert should be glad the PHB doesn't take training him himself. My boss insists on doing the training herself and her communication skills make the PHB look brilliant...

So that's why they sent me on courses that has nothing whatsoever to do with the work I was doing! And I thought it was to get rid of the budget overrun...Dang me!!!

Ironically, Dilbert needs communication skills badly.The PBH, not so much, he hasn't anything to communicate anyway.

My boss sent me to an off site class on communication about six months ago.My boss then forgot, and when I didn't show up to work that day she panicked and called my emergency contact.
Unfortunately, that class didn't change the fact that my boss doesn't want to listen to me.

Alas, often the need is less communication, but they teach that, too!See how subtle and gentle PHB was in expressing the thought! A graduate!
