Training agenda:

9:00 - check in
9:15 - grab the last doughnut
10:00 - practice falling asleep with eyes wide open
11:00 - do some trust exercises that involve falling backward into the arms of strangers
12:00-2:00 - fall asleep in McDonald's parking lot after moving the cheese
2:30 - Go fish!
3:00 - get certificate and a smiley face

Luckily, I was ill on the day of the "How to answer the phone" training course.

The company loved (tax efficient) training courses:
if you were a worker, the training courses were in-house and about how to open a Word Doc;
if you were middle management, the training courses were in the local airport hotel; and
if you were upper management, they were in Barcelona or New York* and about strategy.

* Barcelona in the summer and New York around Christmas shopping time.
