I had to go to one of these meetings years ago. At the end of the meeting the top boss used his own ideas and 5 hours of everyone else's input was thrown into the trashcan. Six months later that boss was replaced due to his ideas that costed the company even more customers.

And then perhaps some employee will point out that the word "lie" is embedded in the word believe.....

I do not recall where my boss ever told anyone to lie. "Lie" was always a back-ground noise.
