Your post didn't go over that badly, considering the strength of your comments. Some people appreciate directness. But some others resent any suggestion that they might not be all-knowing geniuses. Nobody's perfect.

That would explain why I ended up doing most of the work in all our projects. I'd simply take over by default, then near the end of the project ask them to crunch out some numbers and colorful graphs for the report.

I wonder if PHB started out as an engineer, marketing guy, or the owner's son-in-law.
